ERINN Innovation

About

ERINN is a young dynamic Irish company established in 2017. ERINN works to improve the positive impacts of research - supporting projects throughout their lifecycle and beyond. Specialising in science communication and knowledge transfer, ERINN has worked across diverse funding programmes including, Horizon 2020, FP7, EMFF, EIC Accelerator and Pathfinder, LIFE, Interreg, and ERASMUS+.

Role in project

ERINN leads WP6 which focuses on project communication, dissemination and exploitation, knowledge management and outreach activities within the project. ERINN will develop and implement the project’s Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication and create a portfolio of communications materials for the project. In addition, ERINN will also support work carried out in WP1.

Annette Wilson

Senior Project Manager

Annette has been working in science communication, capacity building, training, and research in the area of the ocean and all things marine since 2011. She currently leads the communication, dissemination and knowledge transfer activities for several EU HE and H2020 funded projects implementing activities to increase their overall impact. She holds a PhD in Oceanography which focused on deep-sea canyons, and a BSc in Marine Sciences from NUI Galway (Ireland).

Donnchadh Kindlon

Project Officer

Donnchadh has several years’ experience working in academia and on EU-funded research projects. He has worked on a wide range of topics, including social innovation and entrepreneurship, nature-based solutions, co-creation, and social marketing. He has an interdisciplinary background, with a BA in Zoology from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Development and Rural Innovation, with a specialisation in Sociology of Development and Change, from Wageningen University and Research.
