ERINN is a young dynamic Irish company established in 2017. ERINN works to improve the positive impacts of research - supporting projects throughout their lifecycle and beyond. Specialising in science communication and knowledge transfer, ERINN has worked across diverse funding programmes including, Horizon 2020, FP7, EMFF, EIC Accelerator and Pathfinder, LIFE, Interreg, and ERASMUS+.
ERINN leads WP6 which focuses on project communication, dissemination and exploitation, knowledge management and outreach activities within the project. ERINN is responsible for developing and implementing the project’s Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication and creating a portfolio of communications materials for the project. In addition, ERINN also provides support on project management as part of WP1.
Senior Project Officer
Donnchadh is a Senior Project Officer at ERINN and leads WP6, managing the project's dissemination, exploitation and communication and outreach activities. He has spent several years working in academia and on EU-funded research projects and has experience working on a wide range of topics, including social innovation and enterprise, nature-based solutions, co-creation, and marine social sciences. He has an interdisciplinary background, with a BA in Zoology from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Development and Rural Innovation from Wageningen University and Research.
Senior Project Manager
Jane is a Senior Project Manager at ERINN Innovation. She has had broad experience in science communication and teaching within academia and non-profit sectors. She has a PhD from Trinity College Dublin which explored how gender is addressed in climate change policy and how that is implemented on the ground in climate-vulnerable regions. She provides guidance and support within WP1 and WP6 of the project.
Project Officer
Casey is a Project Officer at ERINN Innovation and a specialist in environmental education. Casey has a broad background within the areas of conservation education and community outreach, with experience at zoological institutions, non-profit organisations, and universities. She holds a BSc in Fish and Wildlife Conservation, an MSc Certificate in Environmental Policy and Management, and an MSc in Biodiversity Conservation. Casey supports on WP6 work, specifically on co-developing Ocean Literacy activities and resources.
